TP-Link TL-SC4171G merupakan IP kamera yang dapat digerakkan ke kiri-kanan dan atas-bawah (Pan and Tilt) dari jarak jauh melalui komputer yang terkoneksi ke jaringan internet. Terdapat fungsi RJ-45 ethernet (wired) atau fungsi wireless 2.4Ghz (Wifi) untuk mengkoneksikan IP Camera ini ke komputer dan jaringan dan dilengkapi pengelihatan malam (Night Vision) yang terintergasi 12 unit IR LED, sehingga kamera ini tetap dapat beroperasi walaupun ditempat yang kurang pencahayaan. Fungsi 3GPP yang dapat melihat pantauan kamera ini melalui layar handphone menggunakan teknologi 3G dengan dukungan fitur panggilan video (Video Call).
